More kids are arriving by eBike — and that's something to celebrate, done well. eBikeSafe gives your school or club a positive riding program to put its name next to, with nothing for you to run: families do the course at home, riders earn a verifiable qualification, and you get the assembly moment.
We designed this for the person who has to say yes — the principal, the P&C secretary, the club committee. Here's the deal, plainly.
No sessions to run, no data to collect, no logins to manage. Families buy and complete the course at home ($49, first module free to preview). Your only job is the mention — and the applause.
The Rider Qualification is earned — ten modules, nine must-pass quizzes, a final assessment. You're recognising achievement at assembly or presentation night, not enforcing anything.
Every qualification carries a QR code. Point any phone at it and ebikesafe.com.au confirms it's genuine, who earned it, and when. No spreadsheets, no take-our-word-for-it.
The give-way and intersection rules covered are the same ones on the driver knowledge test at 16 — a genuine head start (though it carries no official credit). Education with a forward pathway, not just a product.
It's a course qualification — not a government licence, and we say so on every page, the certificate included. Nothing you endorse will need walking back.
Module 00 is free for every family, no card needed. If your club buys voucher packs as awards, we suggest whole-squad or capability-based awards — never a paid/unpaid divide on your honour board.
Everything below is free to use whether or not your organisation ever buys a voucher.
Written to be printable as-is: it recommends without endorsing ("families might like"), states the price plainly, and puts the free module first. Copy it straight into your next newsletter.
One sentence that works out loud, at assembly or presentation night:
"We'd love to see our school known for riders who look after their mates and their community."
A printable certificate your school or club presents to riders who've earned their qualification — type the names in, print, done.
Open & print →A printable board for the clubhouse or noticeboard — add each rider's name as they earn their qualification. Real names only; it grows as they do.
Open & print →No app, no account, no list of student data — the QR code is the whole system.
Clubs already budget for awards. Swap some trophies for course vouchers ($49 each, standard price — we don't do fake discounts) and presentation night gains a moment that keeps riders safer all year.
The club buys vouchers in whatever quantity fits the awards budget — one committee decision, one known cost.
Each rider redeems a code and works through the course at home. The qualification only issues when they pass the final assessment.
Names read out at presentation night, certificates handed over, the Qualified Riders board on the wall. That's the entire ask.
Our promises to your committee: no co-branding obligations, no requests for member data, no ongoing admin, and no public naming of any child without their parents' say-so. Awards work best whole-squad or capability-based — never split by who paid.
Want to vet the course first? Module 00 is free — no card, no account.
